We are delighted to welcome you to Riad Touria and hope you will have a memorable stay with us. For the comfort and well-being of all, we kindly ask you to respect a few house rules during your stay:

Guest Access:

You have access to all areas of the Riad.
The kitchen is accessible; however, for hygiene and safety reasons, meal preparation and the use of the stove are prohibited. Only the designated cook is allowed to prepare meals in the kitchen.

Respect for the Property:

Riad Touria is a private riad, not a hotel. Please respect and take care of the property.
All equipment belongs to the riad and must not be taken outside. Any damage will be charged.
An inventory will be conducted upon your arrival and departure.
For hygiene reasons, eating in the rooms is not allowed.

Respect for the Neighborhood:

The riad is located in a family-friendly street. Please avoid making noise after 11 PM and respect local customs.
Parties are not allowed. Failure to comply with noise rules may result in an early departure.

Water and Energy Conservation:

Use water responsibly due to local shortages.
Keep towels clean and do not throw them on the floor.
Turn off lights and air conditioning when leaving your room.

Traveler Guidelines:

Access to the riad by non-registered guests is prohibited without prior approval from the owner.
Moroccan or mixed-nationality couples must present a marriage certificate upon arrival.
It is strictly forbidden to bring or consume illegal substances.
Sex tourism is prohibited and will result in immediate expulsion and legal action.
Moroccan laws (Articles 489, 490, and 503) must be strictly followed.
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking is only permitted on the terraces.

Security:

You are responsible for the safety of your family and children.
Use the pool, balconies, and terrace at your own risk.
Keep the terrace door closed when not in use, especially at night.
Always lock the terrace and entrance doors when leaving the riad.

Failure to comply with these conditions may result in a request to leave the premises without compensation or refund.
